Innisbrook Resort & Golf Club is an upscale Resort spread over 900 acres of mature,
lush landscape.
The resort is comprised of 28 individual condominium buildings housing over 1200
privately owned units, numerous conference facilities, three club houses, six pools,
a tennis facility, nature walks, guest registration center and many administrative
buildingsl needless to say, we have alot of landscaping!
Our standards of quality are very high and for years we have contracted landscape
services from large national companies. Unfortunately, the service that we have
received from the large companies has caused significant decline in both the appearance
and the overall health of all our landscaping including turf, flowering plants,
shrubs, and trees. Issues had been addressed with the vendors on numerous occasions
to no avail, which led us to begin the process of securing a company that cared
about our property as much as we do.
We entertained numerous vendors, one of which was Raymow, who showed a sincere attitude
and had very competative pricing. Being a
large property we were apprehensive about going with a local, privately-held firm,
but decided to give them a try. It has turned out to be one of the best decisions
we have ever made.
IN the first couple of months, it was obvious Raymow was going to deliver a product
that was far superior to the national guys. Unlike what we have been used to Raymow
has a system in place where "specialists" in each field are used instead of one
crew doing everything. This has proven to be very effective with noticable improvements
in both appearance and overall health of turf and foliage. Their Horticulture program
has also proven to be outstanding which is extremely important since we have close
to 10,000 annuals on quarterly rotations.
The other aspect of Raymow's services that was a pleasent surprise was the attitude
of their staff; they are courteous and obviously well trained in customer service.
I would recommend Raymow to anyone seeking great landscaping service.
